A luxury hospitality event in Montreux

This well-known credit card company invited some of their best clients to a luxury hospitality event in Montreux, Lake Geneva.

We organised two flawless and exclusive gourmet dinners, where guests could enjoy the finest food and entertainment. The first night was a black-tie evening held in the spectacular Olympic Museum on the shores of Lake Geneva. The second evening was held in the highly exclusive Chillon Castle, where guests were treated to pre-dinner drinks on a lake cruiser, followed by a medieval style banquet.

We love a challenge, but with only a month to plan the event, and customer confirmations coming through with just a few days to spare, we had to think on our feet. Last minute restrictions (such as a ban on using coach transport), meant that we had to think creatively and draw upon all our contacts in order to deliver private transfers for over 180 attendees to the small resort of Montreux.
