Champagne on ice, helicopter transfers, a castle picnic, magnificent museum banquet, classic car experience and riverboat feast in an 1828 lake cruiser. This was a three-day trip of a lifetime for 45 VIP top achievers along with 250 additional guests.

Our client wanted to reward their top achievers with an aspirational trip that would keep them motivated.  The brief was fairly modest in its ambition and we knew we could push it further to exceed their objectives, so we went the extra mile to pull out all of the stops.

 

Helicopter transfers, champagne on ice and a stunning cocktail cruise on a boat dating back to 1828 were just some of the touches that helped to make the trip special, but we knew that this group of high achievers would need more to feel truly rewarded for their efforts. For the first time in events history, we hired 22 identical Excalibur classic cars, so that the group, could really feel the wind in their hair as they raced around the Swiss landscape.

As there was no single supplier who could provide 22 of these coveted automobiles, we sourced them from individual owners who were located across Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France. None of the owners of the cars were familiar with the area or spoke English so we had to place staff at given geographic points and design three different sightseeing routes.

In the midst of exploring the Swiss landscape, guests were able to enjoy a picnic in the grounds of a wine estate in Aigle, and the evening was spent having a gala dinner in the Charlie Chaplin Museum. On Wednesday the main group arrived and were treated to more excursions and sightseeing, with the trip culminating in a village festival being held for all attendees in the stunning medieval Gruyeres.
